We make everything from scratch, for us that means, no commercial bases, no commercial pastes, no commercial flavours. We also shy away from natural flavours. If we can't get real food to taste right - we avoid using it! Because of this, we have developed quite a following from clients that have food intolerances, or have taken lifestyle choices such as veganism. We clearly identify on our flavour menu board, what is dairy free, what is vegan, and what is gluten free. We have also decided not to make peanut Ice Cream anymore, so there's no cross contamination! (for peanut lovers, don't worry - there's peanut and toffee ice cream on a stick available!
Because we don't use commercial flavours, we are not limited to any company flavour list - what so ever! When you visit Frugii Dessert Laboratory - you will see a flavour menu board that's on the wall. That shows what flavours we have available at that point in time! Our flavours change several times a day! What we try and have in stock all the time is Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Dark Chocolate Gelato, Salted Butter Caramel, and two sorbets! The other three flavours that we refer to as 'other' change as and when the current stock run out!
